VA – Review Mortgage – Review your Note

FHA – Review Mortgage - Review Note 

Double Check with FHA at (877) 622-8525. Many FHA loans have been sold. So, even if your mortgage was originally guaranteed by the FHA, it may no longer be guaranteed by FHA.  So, call the number and simply ask, "is my loan still guaranteed by FHA"

USDA – Review your Note – You can also call (866) 550-5887. 

As another option, you can call and simply ask the Servicer/Bank that services your loan.  They may provide the information.  However, if you send a Request for Information, they will typically provide it in 15 days or so.

If you were able to find the Investor or Guarantor, go to Step 2.  If you could not find Investor or Guarantor, go to Step 3.
